Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, rules, and regulations govern the use of the Creative Patterns for Health Training Platform, based in Riyadh.
Payment Policy for Registration:
Full payment of registration fees must be made within 72 hours of registration. Failure to make payment within this period will result in the cancellation of registration. Payment must be made through the website or by bank transfer to the account of Creative Patterns for Health Training Company.

Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within 5 working days upon payment confirmation.
If you do not receive the confirmation letter after 5 working days, please contact us at CPHT@cptc.as

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge not taking any action against Creative Patterns for Health Training Company and all its affiliated entities. You absolve the company, its affiliates, and any employees responsible for managing, maintaining, updating, or providing the company's website from any liability regarding any claims arising from your violation of the terms of use or any applicable laws, whether in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or your place of residence.

Virtual class attendance is equivalent to regular classroom attendance. Note that the system will track learner attendance and participation to determine eligibility for certification. Some training courses require practical training to practice skills. Learners need to attend this practical part at the specified location to qualify for certification.
Certificates, Continuous Medical Education hours, and all benefits related to attending an event are subject to specific requirements for each activity.
A 25% deduction from the total lecture hours, whether in-person or synchronous, is applied to the student's attendance for the purpose of denying the attendance certificate and registration of continuous medical education hours.

Site management may terminate, restrict, or suspend your right to access and use the site, at its absolute discretion and without notice, for any reason, including violation of terms and conditions or any other behavior deemed by management, at its discretion, to be illegal or harmful to others. In case of termination, you will not be authorized to access the site.

By using the service or other services we provide to you, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of service and agree to comply with them.
